Set on the Paseo Marítimo, Palma’s harbourfront promenade, this cool urban hotel has views over the marina, and across to Palma’s gothic style cathedral. As with all of the Melia Group's hotels, the Bellver offers a high standard of service and all the comfort of a modern and functional 4 star business style hotel.

The hotel Palma Bellver comprises of 384 rooms, many of which have views over the marina. The rooms are equipped with functional furniture, and styled in soft tones.  All have a fully equipped bathroom, air-conditioning and heating, flat-screen TV and free WiFi.  In addition there is laptop safe and a minibar.

On the hotel's spacious terrace and sun deck, you'll find their swimming pool, equipped with sun loungers and parasols.  There's also a snack bar, which offers refreshments throughout the day.  If you feel peckish during the night this hotel also offers 24-hour room service!

The restaurant serves an extensive breakfast and dinner buffet, and in the bright and modern lobby you'll find the reception which is open 24 hours a day. It's here that you'll also find the lobby bar where you can enjoy your favourite drink after a great day out on the golf course.

If you're planning to arrive by car, there is a large private car-park for the exclusive use of hotel guests.

Our Comments:

The Palma Bellver has proven itself to be our golfer's favourite 4 star sea-front hotel in Palma. If you're used to staying in a business style hotel, and you're looking for a hotel in Palma with a great location, then this is definitely the right choice for you.  The addition of customer parking (100 spaces) adjacent to the hotel, and Wi-Fi throughout, only adds to its attraction.

Our only comment is that the rooms located at the back of the hotel don't have much of a view, and also don't get a lot of sunshine.  So, we always recommend that you consider the option of upgrading to a sea-view room, particularly if you can envisage spending more than a couple of hours a day in your room.
