The 93 room, 4-star Fergus Style Palmanova, enjoys a prime position in Palmanova.  It's located right in front of Es Carregador beach, and on the doorstep of a great number of bars and restaurants.

The comprehensive breakfast buffet has golfers in mind, offering a daily brunch from 08:00 to 12:00.

Two swimming pools, a rooftop bar, free Wi-Fi (in the common areas), a great bar lounge, a small sauna with plunge-pool, and limited off-street car-parking complete the offering at this chic hotel.

Our Comments:

We're certain that this hotel is going to become a firm favourite of golfers staying in the South-West of the island, and that it will offer strong competition to hotels that have been long-standing favourites, such at the Marina Portals and the Son Caliu Spa Oasis.

When we visited, a party of Swedish golfers were just heading out to play, reinforcing our perception that this hotel, with its bright, clean and function rooms, is an ideal base for golfers.  The relatively small size of the hotel, which is 'adults only', means that it feels more like a privileged club than some of its larger more commercial neighbours.  And, the extended hours of the buffet brunch, mean that it's no longer essential to plan your golf around the time that breakfast starts / finishes.

The spacious bar is located at the front of the hotel, and is a great place to meet for a drink before choosing where to eat.  Should your party decide that more lively nightlife is required, then Magaluf's famed 'Strip' is only a short walk away!
